The CCS Executive Board consists of elected leadership and committee chairs who perform the duties for tasks promoted by the National Catholic Committee on Scouting and the Diocese of Lafayette. The Lafayette Catholic Committee on Scouting reports to the Bishop of the Lafayette Diocese and follows the guidelines and philosophy of the Boy Scouts of America.

The Executive Committee CCS meets on the fourth Thursday of each month at St. Edmond Catholic Community's Annex Building (to the left of the Family Center), Congress Street at Ambassador Caffery Parkway in Lafayette, Louisiana. All Associate members and guests are cordially invited and encouraged to attend these meetings.
