1) Candidates for nomination are Catholic Scouters who have been active in promoting Catholic Scouting ideal and Religious Emblems to Scouts in one or more Evangeline Area BSA units.
2) The candidate must be currently registered with the Evangeline Area Council.
3) The candidate must have completed Adult Ministry Formation (Scouter Development), and be knowledgeable in Religious Emblems available to Catholic Scouts.
4) The candidate must be active in ministry in their Church Parish and community, practice in the fullness of the Holy Sacraments, and receive their respective Pastor's written recommendation.
5) The candidate must be willing to serve as an active member of the CCS.
