Adult Ministry Formation (Scouter Development) is a dynamic program to guide adults into a personal spiritual development through Catholic Scouting.  Adult Ministry Formation offers parents a way to Christian Leadership through Scripture in a quiet, open forum of discussion on the ministry of Jesus Christ as it relates to our daily roles in parenting.

The Lafayette Diocesan Catholic Committee on Scouting provides this course by invitation at annual CCS events, and will schedule the program for the convenience of parents and Scouters upon request and the availability of  a facilitator and location.  The program is typically provided on a Saturday, and will last approximately 3-4 hours in length.  It typically will include an overview of Religious Emblems available to Catholic Scouts, and an opportunity to later train as a Religious Emblems Trainer, complete with an authorized CCS patch for the Scout uniform.
